About

Kartika began her creative journey as a poet before moving into advertising in 2013. Her love for storytelling soon expanded into writing and directing films and commercials. Her debut short film, Daayan, which she wrote and directed, received international recognition, including a screening at the Cannes Short Film Corner. Since then, she has worked across ads, short films, and feature films, and has written Hindi lyrics for movies such as the National Award–winning 777 Charlie. She also creates digital content and brings stories to life across formats—horizontal, vertical, big screen, or small
